Clean All Environmental Services is looking for a highly motivated individual who will perform office administration and accounting duties. The full time position is currently available. The candidate will be trained to work with a cloud based accounting software–Xero.

Office Accounting/Administration Tasks

  • General Accounting experience
  • Process Billing
  • Audit automated posting of invoices to the expense ledger that are defaulted in receipt bank
  • Scan invoices and apply appropriate expense ledger
  • Account Receivable Calls
  • Customer Service Support
  • Joint Health & Safety Committee

Prerequisites

  • Experience with accounting software
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management skills; sense of urgency
  • Attention to details
  • Good customer skills, well spoken, well written
  • Bilingual is an asset
